  • Fokker Dr.I 152/17. This machine wears the usual markings of Richthofen's various triplanes: red upper wing, red cowl, red struts, red wheel covers, red tail, and red turtledeck.   • Colorized photograph of a Fokker Dr.I believed to be 152/17. According to Richthofen's combat reports that airplane was never painted entirely red, at least when he scored victories with it, and if it is 152/17 perhaps its overpainting was in preparation for inclusion as a display in the Zeughaus Museum. Note the paint flake from the olive paint originally used to alter the national markings from the Eiserne Kreuz to the Balkenkreuz.   • This suspected 152/17 on display in the Zeughaus Museum, Berlin. Regardless of serial number, its appearance closely matches that of the triplane seen in the colorized photo and is likely the same.
