Luitenant Gilbert Stall, ernstig gewond, gevangen. Samen met vier vliegtuigen viel ik een Vickers tweezitter aan boven de wolken op 2.500 meter hoogte. Na 300 schoten brak de tegenstander door de wolken, achtervolgd door mij. In de buurt van Grandcourt schoot ik hem neer.
