“Gevechtsverslag: 1410 uur, ten noordoosten van Grevillers Wood. Vickers tweezitter No. 7010. Vergezeld door twee machines van de Staffel, viel ik een laagvliegend vliegtuig aan op 1.800 meter hoogte. Na 400 schoten ging de tegenstander tegen de grond. Het vliegtuig werd aan stukken geslagen, gevangenen gedood. Omdat de plaats waar het vliegtuig viel zwaar onder vuur ligt, kunnen nog geen details worden vastgesteld.
