Sopwith Camel, verbrand; Engelsman. Met vijf van mijn vliegtuigen van Jasta 11 vielen we verschillende vijandelijke eenzitters op lage hoogte aan, vliegend ten noordoosten van Villers-Bretonneux. Het Engelse vliegtuig dat ik aanviel begon te branden na slechts een paar schoten uit mijn kanonnen. Daarna stortte het brandend neer bij het bosje ten noordoosten van Villers-Bretonneux, waar het op de grond bleef branden.
