Une pommade \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide borique est appliqu\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;os expos\u00e9 et la plaie est band\u00e9e avec une pommade noire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucun autre traitement hospitalier n&rsquo;est n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R.Frhr.v.R. souhaite reprendre le commandement de la formation sous ses ordres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il lui est conseill\u00e9 (\u00e9galement indirectement par le chirurgien consultant, Oberstabarzt Prof. Dr Laven) de ne pas voler tant que la blessure \u00e0 la t\u00eate n&rsquo;est pas compl\u00e8tement gu\u00e9rie. Il faudra un certain temps pour que la blessure \u00e0 la t\u00eate gu\u00e9risse compl\u00e8tement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne fait aucun doute que la blessure a provoqu\u00e9 une commotion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale grave (commotio cerebri) ou, plus probablement, une h\u00e9morragie interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fluctuations soudaines de la pression atmosph\u00e9rique pendant le vol pourraient donc entra\u00eener une alt\u00e9ration de la conscience.
