Lorsque mon Staffel attaquait l’escadron ennemi, j’ai personnellement attaqu\u00e9 le dernier des avions ennemis. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s avoir tir\u00e9 mes premiers coups de feu, l’avion a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 fumer. Apr\u00e8s 500 tirs, l’avion a plong\u00e9 et s’est \u00e9cras\u00e9 en \u00e9clats sur le sol. Le combat avait commenc\u00e9 de notre c\u00f4t\u00e9, mais le vent d’est dominant avait fait d\u00e9river les avions vers l’ouest.
