\u00ab\u00a0Rapport de combat : 1840 hrs, au sud-ouest du Bois de Hamel. Sopwith Camel br\u00fbl\u00e9 ; Anglais. Avec six avions du Jasta 11, j’ai attaqu\u00e9 une grande escadrille ennemie. Pendant le combat, j’ai observ\u00e9 qu’un triplan \u00e9tait attaqu\u00e9 par un Camel qui lui tirait dessus par le bas. Je me suis plac\u00e9 derri\u00e8re l’adversaire et l’ai abattu, en flammes, avec seulement quelques coups de feu. L’avion ennemi s’est \u00e9cras\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la for\u00eat de Hamel o\u00f9 il a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 br\u00fbler au sol.
