Rapport de combat : 1800 hrs, Roeux, pr\u00e8s d’Arras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vers 18h00, j’ai attaqu\u00e9 une escouade de Vickers \u00e0 3.500 m\u00e8tres d’altitude \u00e0 six kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 l’est d’Arras au-dessus de Roeux. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9sign\u00e9 un Vickers sur lequel j’ai tir\u00e9 300 coups de feu, l’avion ennemi s’est mis \u00e0 fumer puis a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 planer de plus en plus haut. Je le suivais en tirant toujours. L’h\u00e9lice ennemie ne tournait que tr\u00e8s lentement et des nuages de fum\u00e9e noire s’\u00e9chappaient du moteur. L’observateur ne tirait plus sur ma machine. C’est \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 que j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9 par l’arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
