Sopwith Doppelsitzer. Insassen: Leutnant W. Reid und Leutnant H. Green, beide gefallen, vom \u00f6rtlichen Kommando in Bois Bernard beigesetzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Begleitung von f\u00fcnf meiner Flugzeuge griff ich ein feindliches Geschwader \u00fcber Acheville an. Die Sopwith, die ich ausgemacht hatte, flog eine ganze Weile unter meinem Feuer. Nach dem 400. Schuss verlor das Flugzeug in einer Kurve einen Fl\u00fcgel. Die Maschine st\u00fcrzte nach unten. Es lohnt sich nicht, das Flugzeug zur\u00fcckholen zu lassen, denn die Teile liegen \u00fcberall in Acheville und Umgebung herum. Zwei Maschinengewehre wurden von meiner Staffel beschlagnahmt.
